Feedback submitted by the MSA to the European Commission on this public consultation:
The Malta Sociological Association welcomes this initiative, which aims to address the specific needs of bus and coach drivers in organising their working time. In this regard, the MSA believes that a social impact assessment, conforming to guidelines such as those of the International Association for Impact Assessment, should be employed to ensure decent and equitable job conditions and services.
